Chew Chee Hui

Chee Hui is a Senior Legal Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice where he specialises in intellectual property disputes, corporate and commercial litigation and insolvency disputes. He is also well versed in matters of fraud and asset recovery which entails navigating the complex intersection of civil litigation, insolvency proceedings and/or processes of law enforcement agencies.

He holds an LL.B (Hons) and LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from Cardiff University. He is also a member of the Bar of England & Wales (Middle Temple) since 2018. He was called as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019.

Prior to his practice in the Firm, Chee Hui was a pupil in Messrs. Wong & Partners and was thereafter a litigation associate in Messrs. Gary Teh & Ngiam.
